Enthusiastic employees who love careers working in the outdoors are always welcome on our team. Having a good skill set and previous experience is an asset, but not required. Hardworking, keen individuals will receive proper training.

Land Escape will sponsor full-time employees that are interested in pursuing an education in horticulture.* We work in all weather, Monday to Friday, with opportunities to work on the weekends. In accordance with WorkSafe on-site protocols, you’ll need CSA Approved footwear. Hearing and eye protection is provided.

Working outside can be as challenging as it is enjoyable. A degree of cardiovascular endurance is important. Additionally, we recommend being able to lift at least 50 lbs.

*You must pass our probationary period before being offered a sponsorship.

Landscape Maintenance Working Foreman

Land Escape Maintenance is currently looking for an experienced landscape maintenance foreman to join our team on a full-time basis. We work rain or shine Monday to Friday, with occasional opportunities to work on the weekends (if desired). In accordance with WorkSafe on-site protocols, you’ll need proper footwear; hearing and eye protection is provided.

Position: Full-Time

Wage: $21–$28/hour

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in landscape maintenance position
  • Ability to lead and take ownership of the project
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Keen attitude

Assets:

  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Certifications
  • Physically fit
