Enthusiastic employees who love working in the outdoors are always welcome on our team. Having a good skill set and previous experience is an asset, but not required. Hardworking, keen individuals will receive proper training.

Land Escape will sponsor full-time employees that are interested in pursuing an education in horticulture.* We work in all weather, Monday to Friday, with opportunities to work on the weekends. In accordance with WorkSafe on-site protocols, you’ll need CSA Approved footwear. Hearing and eye protection is provided.

Working outside can be as challenging as it is enjoyable. A degree of cardiovascular endurance is important. Additionally, we recommend being able to lift at least 50 lbs.
